If you become naked, meaning vulnerable and honest, about how Christ has set you free from the bondage of sin and now walk in forgiveness rather than shame, it will be a blessing to your children. They will also desire to seek openness and forgiveness in their own lives.
It is better to be naked and unashamed than to be all covered up in shame with a hardened heart.
Take a lesson from Moses and let’s not contribute to our own children’s hardened hearts by remaining veiled ourselves. Instead, let’s look at 2 Corinthians 3:18, “With unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another.”
