For women it’s a natural instinct to take care of everyone else and neglect ourselves and our own health. I see it everyday as I speak to women, and went through it in my journey as a mom and an entrepreneur trying to accomplish a lot at once. When you neglect yourself, you aren’t able to
show up for anyone else in the way you want to. Learning ways to prioritize yourself is key in being able to continue to serve others at a higher level.
Small changes in your lifestyle is key to start with. Mastering those small changes before adding more to your plate is next, and then add a little at a time is powerful. God’s spirit lives inside of us all and he wants us to live life to the fullest and be healthy.
