When we are working on any health goals and including a fitness routine, it’s crucial to not only focus on movement of the body, but also flexibility. If you constantly move during your physical activity but then head to the computer to sit for work, but don’t stretch or foam roll you may start to have pain. Pain in areas like your hips, low back, knees, feet and more can start to happen.
Foam rolling is something I find very effective and love teaching women how to do it to help release super tight muscles that could be causing the pain you feel in your knees or back.
