Fitness for Women is often over complicated and many women feel if they can’t do it everyday or if
they can’t give it a full hour plus a day, then it won’t be enough. The truth is, in women’s fitness you
can get a lot more benefits from taking baby steps and developing a routine that may consist of only
10 minutes a day to start with, but it’s doing that consistently first that will make it a long term part of
life.
In fitness, only doing one thing isn’t near as effective as doing a combination of cardio &
strength training. Again, this looks different for everyone and should be looked at it that way. If you
shift your mindset to working out so you have more energy, will be in a better mood, have more
mental focus and stress less, you will find it a routine you enjoy.
