Nutrition in today’s world is so confusing and full of quick fixes that do more harm in the long
run than anything else. Everyday I speak to women who have done all of the yo yo diets and are tired
or losing the same 20 pounds over and over. Truth is with nutrition, when you go super restrictive
and lose weight fast, it often comes back with a few extra and then becomes even harder to lose each
time you restart.
In nutrition, I love to teach women the Lifestyle Habit Approach where they are seeing results
while focusing more on the super simple habits you need in your nutrition that makes the biggest
difference. Nutrition and eating a healthier lifestyle doesn’t have to be overwhelming, restrictive, and
short term. Be patient and trust the process and you will learn that nutrition isn’t only about what we
look like, but more importantly about how we feel and function in our everyday lives.
