So many start a health journey but do not follow through with it long term. The mindset plays a huge role in this journey and the why you need or want to show up daily as well. Making better food choices for many is often viewed as the reasoning being ‘I want to look better or lose weight.’ I challenge you to look at your food and fitness choices more as the instructions you are giving your body daily.
What you eat is either telling your body to be exhausted and tired all day, or with better choices it can be telling your body to feel great, to be energized, or to be mentally focused and productive. What you put in your mouth often plays a huge role in how you feel and function. How you feel and function, then plays a huge role in how you look and the results you get.
