Paula continues teaching on Pentecost, one of God's Divine Appointments with You! God often times brings a "Suddenly" to you...with 2 main themes to Pentecost; Harvest and Revelation. Protected by His Blood; The Lambs blood at Passover is a foreshadow of Jesus becoming our Passover Lamb on His Cross. Pentecost: Offering of the more valuable Wheat Harvest since Wheat Bread was known as the bread of prosperity...and its flour produced the choicest baked goods. By putting us through a process of refinement, God is making us valuable to His Kingdom! Pentecost has to do with the "Constitution" of God - the habits and principles of living within the WORD of God! The Holy Spirit is the same today as He was in the Book of Acts...and He will Empower YOU to do God's work in the world Today! The Power of the Holy Spirit gives us Hope today. God dwells within us...He has given to us His Holy Spirit. The Day of Pentecost is the remembrance and Celebration of that most important Gift.
6 Reasons Pentecost is Important to You:
1.) Remind Us of the Holy Spirit
2.) Reminds Us of the Power of the Holy Spirit
3.) Reminds Us of the Importance of the Great Commission
4.) Purges Us in our labor
5.) Gives Us HOPE
6.) Overwhelms Us with a Sense of Awe and Worship
