Vengeance is off limits for the believer, but Settlement is ON limits and exactly what God wants us to build faith in, so that He can bring to pass. The Bible is clear that although our first inclination will be to look to a person, a king, governor, District Attorney, pastor, spouse, boss, etc, to give us justice, that it NOT our source of justice. Instead it is from the Lord directly that we receive it. Prov. 29:26 This is important to understand and digest, because as long as we are holding out on people to provide justice, we will be disappointed. But God, never disappoints and always will do MORE than we can ask, think or imagine.

In this week’s episode we start to look at what OUR part is to receive God’s supernatural settlement when the enemy has gotten in and things have gone wrong on the way to our calling. We start with the Word. We have to build heart faith in the Word itself and have the Word as our standard and source of faith. That is because God is a God of HIS Word, He watches over what HE has said, with the purpose and for the REASON of DOING IT and BRINGING it to pass. Jeremiah 1:12

We demonstrate the process of taking the Word with FAITH (belief) and sending it back to the Lord saying ‘thank you Jesus that YOUR WORD says’ or ‘you have ALREADY ANNOUNCED and PRONOUNCED my settlement. I believe that! I receive it! It is mine NOW, already and TODAY in Jesus Name!’ This is HOW faith speaks, HOW faith operates and WHAT gives God the permission, green light, open door to perform and bring to pass what He has ALREADY SAID, DECIDED ON, PREPARED and has ready for us. Faith from the Word is OUR CONDUIT and tether to what God has already bound Himself to. Faith is OUR PART of the equation. And it has to be ACTIVE, SPOKEN/LIVING Faith. Bible Faith is both believing AND CONFESSING. Romans 10;9

Psalm 138:2 The Lord has exalted His Word above even His Name. Hallelujah! God wants us to know that even HE has submitted Himself to His Word. He has covenanted or bound Himself to it. HE will NOT step out from under it. He wants us to KNOW that we KNOW He is that way, so THAT we have the type and level of faith necessary to STAND on what He has said, no matter what, so that HE can bring it to pass.

And so, once faith comes from the Word, our job is to STAND ON IT and not let go. Remember, faith comes FIRST and then sight/manifestation comes SECOND. That is the order in which the kingdom of God operates. 2 Corinthians 5:7, we live BY faith, not by sight, but faith always produces sight.

Romans 2:11, Acts 10:34, God is not a respecter of persons, what He has done, He WILL do for another, glory to God. So again, our job is to find/see in the Word WHAT God has promised/covenanted to do, what He has already done for others, and what the Word gives Him legal permission to do, and then stand on that and receive it directly from Him. Glory to God! God is our source! There is no good thing He withholds from us! We get encounters, settlements, double, gifts, open doors and the supernatural love and power of God operating in our lives daily.

Go to His Word, Meditate His Word, confess His Word. Faith operates by confession. Romans 10:9. Meditating and muttering His Word, what He has already spoken and promised, is what causes us to make our own way, prosperous and successful. Joshua 1;8. Faith is specific. So if we are in the process of believing for our settlement, we meditate and focus on that part of the Word. Meditating on the life of Joseph, Peter who blundered and was personally restored by Jesus, David, Paul, Daniel, Dorcas and all the others who had supernatural recompenses, helps keep our faith STRONG and ALIVE.

Paul and the NT Church both got a supernatural recompense. The Church prayed for their number 1 enemy like the Lord instructs us to, and Jesus not only removed their enemy, but turned him into their number 1 supporter, the beloved, kind hearted, well versed in the Word Paul who loved and laid His life down for the Church. Also, Paul got recompensed the 14 years ostracization from the Church when God raised up Barnabas to speak up for Paul.

David was recompensed for His faith and got a ‘redo’ from his debacle with Bathsheba. When he was about to take out another spouse, Nabal, the Lord sends Abagail to stop him. And then recompenses both David’s faith and Abagails to do the right thing on behalf of Nabal, and both of their willingness to wait on the Lord. David was a man after God’s own heart. And both he and the Lord got public recompense for his earlier problems.

God is Real and a Father. He is a God of details. From money to heart hurts and desires, He recompenses us according to the details of what we lost. He wants us confident in Him. We won’t have told any one person everything we are believing for. But we can tell the Lord and be honest and upfront with Him. He sees and recompenses things that we have not discussed with anyone, from pastors to spouses, prayer partners etc. That is what makes our relationship with God as our Father so special and not like any other relationship we will ever have with anyone else.

Also, praying in the Spirit is necessary to pull these settlements in, because God CAN and WANTS to do MORE than WE can ask, think or imagine, Ephesians 3:20, and since He can’t do anything without us speaking it out first, we need to speak out THESE supernatural settlements first in tongues. Period. No way around that. The supernatural language of the Holy Spirit allows God to start moving behind the scenes on our behalf, glory to God…so speak to Him MUCH and thank Him for His supernatural settlement in both your native language and TONGUEs. Give Him something to work with.

We can’t come up with the same ideas God can to recompense us, and we don’t want to limit Him. So pray. In my situation, I didn’t just get to share my testimony of being healed with the California parole Board, didn’t just get to give the assailant an invitation to receive Jesus as savior, which would have been miraculous enough, BUT the Lord did one further and opened my spiritual eyes so that I got to see Him Personally standing in front of the man in San Quentin, pulling on him with the most intense pull ever. THAT is recompense! And God CAN do it and WILL do it! So take Him AT the level of His Word! Thank Him and pray in the Spirit and watch and see what the Lord will do! Amen! Praying in the spirit helps connect us to people that we are going to need favor with that we have not even met yet! Whether it is DA’s or whoever, if we need the contact and open door, praying in the spirit will open it up. Also, praying in the Spirit releases joy in times in severe trial, 1 Thessalonians 1:6 and helps keep us in joy as we wait for the recompense to unfold. Jesus is our recompense, and we will never meet anyone we love more, or who loves us more, so go ahead and just spend your day with Him now, He is the ultimate recompense for all of us.

And praying in the Spirit helps everyone else get into their place and space as well. Also, Isaiah 61 says that part of our recompense is that we will be called and known as ministers of the LORD Himself. We minister directly to Him. We are not known for being part of this ministry or that. That is not the level of God’s recompense. We will be known for knowing the LORD Himself and serving Him directly. He is our boss. Amen!
