Our Fitness levels all vary and a routine can look very different for everyone. The amount you move your body has a direct effect on how you feel physically and mentally. Your fitness is a piece of your routine that should be looked at for more than your outward appearance, and more about how you feel and function in every aspect of life.

God gave us one body to live and move in and when we remember that to continue moving, is to continue honoring the one body we were given, it become a little easier to be consistent with the fitness level you are current able to honor.
