The Book of Ruth is to show the Grace of God and established the genealogy of King David, it also helps reveal that there is a Godly Remnant and pictures an Endtime Restoration. The Book of Judges depicts the life of Israel in the promised land from the death of Joshua to the rise of the monarchy. God utilized Ruth by helping her find her purpose for the future by redeeming what she had lost and to walk in the Grace of God.
