So many women on health journeys obsess over the number on the scale and rely on what is shown to measure their progress. This number on the scale often helps women feel good about themselves or the opposite and feel defeated if not moving in the right direction if not fast enough. In this video I share the most important reasons why the number on the scale fluctuates daily for many reasons.
As women we will see a different number everyday, one day up 1 pound, the next day down 2, and then the day after that may be up 3. This is normal and a part of how our bodies are made and will change often. The good news is you will not gain fat overnight, but you will fluctuate water weight depending on so many different factors.
