Most of the time many skip an important step of meal prepping because they feel it has to take up hours in the kitchen in order to do it. The key is finding simple ways and use simple tools to cook a few meals in advance to help create a plan for your week that will keep you from reaching for less healthy options that lead to time of stress.
When meal prepping food, my biggest piece of advice is start with baby steps. Cook the meals for the week that you struggle with most and start there. Spend 30 minutes in the kitchen instead of hours with these simple and quick tips I share with you and reduce the stress of figuring out what you will eat each day when you get hungry.
