When we are working on any health goals and including a fitness routine, it’s crucial to not only focus on movement of the body, but also flexibility. If you constantly move during your physical activity but then head to the computer to sit for work, but don’t stretch your upper body or roll it with a massage ball, you may have pain in your upper back and neck which could also lead into headaches.
Foam rolling is something very effective and I love teaching women how to do it to help release super tight muscles that could be causing the pain you neck, upper back and often cause of some of your tension headaches. Watch this video to see how you can incorporate this into your routine and get rid of those headaches when they arise or prevent them before they ever start.
